Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Dispatch locations: Orders ship from our EU warehouse Belguim or our USA warehouse Norwalk, CT , depending on the item. The product page shows which warehouse an item ships from.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- EU countries: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- USA and Canada: 5–15 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 12–18 business days
Shipping costs: Free shipping on all orders. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Customs and import taxes: the buyer may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes charged by their country.
Delays: Delays can occur due to customs or carriers. If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, contact us at support@blocksetworld.com and we will investigate.
