Return & Refund Policy
14-day return right: You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Conditions: The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
Non-refundable: Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without contacting us first.
How to return:
- Email support@blocksetworld.com with your order number (or WhatsApp +32 465 14 35 30).
- We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and our return address.
- Send the item back and keep your proof of postage.
Return address: Contact us.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. We will email you to confirm.
Return shipping costs: The customer pays return shipping, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error by us.
Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund, at your choice, at our cost.
